Book 1: Light of Ganymede

Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown.

Jee thinks she's a normal 1950s teenager until her strange uncle proves that she's not even human. At the age of seventeen, he takes her to Jupiter's moon Ganymede, the world of her birth. There, Jee is welcomed as the "Glasśigh"- a princess-like figure, the first and only direct descendant of her nation's two founding families. She plunges into a life of worldwide celebrity, excessive privilege, complete adoration, and unlimited wealth. In this alien but stunningly beautiful world, her every whim is gratified with dizzying speed. What more could anyone want?

But affluence and entitlement can't silence the tiny voice of doubt growing in Jee's heart. The wealth that makes her new life so splendid has been torn from the downtrodden castes beneath her. From her comfortable seat atop the social pyramid, Jee becomes aware of the poor souls being crushed beneath the weight of appalling injustice, discrimination, and oppression.

Now, she must make a choice: accept the costs of her pampered birthright, or risk her life by using her position to ignite a revolution aimed at destroying a powerful thousand-year regime of cruelty and despair.

Book 2: Flame of Ganymede

War. Is. Hell.

The fun and games end when Jee throws away her life of wealth and privilege to lead a revolution against the most powerful ruler in the history of Ganymede, Pronómio Tok, and his brutal Aséllo Military Forces. What started as a pure and noble quest for freedom is now a vicious guerrilla war against a superior enemy with almost unlimited resources.

Following the death of her famous uncle, Eno Ćlaviath, Jee is overwhelmed with sadness and the realization that alone, she can’t be victorious against the enemy war machine—unless she gets a little help. She strives to create alliances with the other nations of Ganymede, but can any of them be trusted? Jee has only two advantages: her faithful and dedicated co-conspirators in the para-military New Aséllo Front and her extensive knowledge of Earth’s violent, warmongering past.

In the heat of battle, Jee notices unexpected tactics being used by her foe, Tok’s henchman Commander Gákoh Kalífus. This sends Jee on a wild search to discover how he became so learned in the ways of war. She needs a victory, or her frail alliances will fail, her cause lost, and her people enslaved again. Jee must be more than a light—she needs to heat things up—to become The Flame of Ganymede.

Book 3: Storm of Ganymede

Vengance is in my heart. Death in my hand.

In the final book of the Glasśigh of Ganymede Trilogy, the war for freedom against Pronómio Tok and his brutal slave-master culture has now escalated past the beautiful canyon-nation of Tar Aséllo and into a worldwide conflict. After a treacherous betrayal within her alliances, Jee has now tasted the bitterness of an overwhelming defeat. The other nations of Ganymede take sides, and soon, allies are now enemies as all vie for control of their world’s most precious treasure: food, and that makes Tar Aséllo and its fertile plains the prize.

Jee walks a fine line of deceit and subterfuge, where promises are made and willingly broken. Even within the ranks of the New Aséllo Front, all friendships are strained, and some crave more power and control.

The Glassigh is out of options. Jee needs to pull off one last trick: create a weapon she had seen during her life on Earth, one that would ensure victory, but the only person ingenious enough to create such a devastating device would be her Uncle Eno. Using it may end the war, but the cost would be the death of countless thousands.

It's time for Jee to become more than a light, more than a flame—it’s time she brews up something big—and ignites the Storm of Ganymede.
